Only issue was with the form filling, as some was done over the phone initially, and once I had logged on to your system, I couldn't access the form (tried over two days). But, lady on phone was helpful and took some of the information and put a note on the system.

So far my experience has been awful. Slow replies and I have to continually chase them for updates. Will never use insurance provided solicitor again.

18-Nov-2020: Thank you for your reply. This is true. However on occasion I have been waiting for replies for weeks whilst sending frequent reminders for a reply. I hope my claim is handled this year so I never need to deal with your company again, I'll be wiser next time and never choose solicitor my insurance recommends and definitely do my research.
